Ingredients

Vegetables and Herbs

  • 2 large onions
  • 300 g garlic, peeled
  • 1/2 bunch salsinha
  • 1/2 bunch cebolinha
  • 1 piece pimenta dedo-de-moça (optional) (seeds removed)
  • 100 ml azeite de oliva
  • 100 ml óleo vegetal
  • 1 tbsp sal
  • 1 tsp louro em pó (optional)

Instructions 

  • Descase as cebolas e o alho. Higienize a salsinha, a cebolinha e a pimenta, se usar.
  • Pique as cebolas, alho, salsinha, cebolinha e pimenta. Misture tudo com sal e louro em pó.
  • Adicione azeite e óleo, misture bem. Armazene em potes de vidro esterilizados.
  • Para descartar alho com mais facilidade, transfira o tempero para potes de vidro pequenos e conserve na geladeira.
