Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Desalt the bacalhau if needed, then cook and flake it. Slice potatoes, carrots, and zucchini thinly. Sauté chopped onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent. Layer vegetables and bacalhau in a baking dish, alternating layers. Mix cream, grated cheese, butter, salt, and pepper, then pour over the layered ingredients. Bake for 45 minutes until golden. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
