Ingredients

Dough

  • 5 pieces claras
  • 150 g açúcar cristal
  • 1 pinch sal
  • 10 pieces gemas
  • 300 g farinha de trigo peneirada
  • 200 g açúcar cristal para polvilhar

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F). Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gradually add sugar, then fold in egg yolks and sifted flour. Shape dough into small balls, place on baking sheet, and sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 15 minutes until golden and crispy.
