Instructions
Mix the eggs, oil, and sugar until homogeneous.
Add the strong coffee, coffee solúvél, and mix well.
Incorporate the sifted flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder, mixing gently.
Pour the batter into a greased and floured pan, then bake at 180°C (356°F) for 40-45 minutes.
Prepare the topping by mixing condensed milk, coffee solúvél, cocoa powder, and cream de leite until smooth.
Spread the topping over the cooled cake and serve.
Notes
For a richer flavor, substitute some of the milk with coffee.
