A rich and moist coffee-flavored cake perfect for coffee lovers, combining strong coffee and chocolate for a delightful treat.

Ingredients

Dough

  • 4 eggs eggs
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1.5 cups sugar refined
  • 1 cup coado forte coffee (morno)
  • 6 tablespoons coffee solúvél
  • 2 cups flour de trigo peneirada
  • 0.5 cup chocolate em pó (50% cacau)
  • 1 tablespoon fermento em pó
  • 1 can leite condensado
  • 1 tablespoon café solúvél
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate em pó (50% cacau)
  • 0.5 cup creme de leite

Instructions 

  • Mix the eggs, oil, and sugar until homogeneous.
  • Add the strong coffee, coffee solúvél, and mix well.
  • Incorporate the sifted flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder, mixing gently.
  • Pour the batter into a greased and floured pan, then bake at 180°C (356°F) for 40-45 minutes.
  • Prepare the topping by mixing condensed milk, coffee solúvél, cocoa powder, and cream de leite until smooth.
  • Spread the topping over the cooled cake and serve.

Notes

For a richer flavor, substitute some of the milk with coffee.
