  • 1 package coconut grated (100g)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour of wheat
  • 1 tablespoon margarine

Instructions 

  • Combine eggs, cheese, coconut, milk, sugar, flour, and margarine in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and homogeneous.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake at 180°C (356°F) for about 30 minutes or until golden and firm.
