Ingredients

  • 3 units ovos inteiros
  • 1 lata leite condensado ((395 g))
  • 2 cups leite
  • 3 tablespoons manteiga derretida
  • 1 package coco ralado ((100 g))
  • 0.5 package queijo parmesão ralado fino ((50 g))
  • 5 tablespoons farinha de trigo
  • 1 tablespoon fermento em pó
  • 1 pinch sal

Instructions 

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
  • In a blender, combine eggs, condensed milk, milk, melted butter, coconut, Parmesan cheese, flour, baking powder, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  • Grease a baking dish with butter and dust with flour.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared dish.
  • Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until golden and firm.
  • Remove from oven, let cool slightly, then serve.

Notes

For best results, use fresh ingredients and preheat the oven properly.
