Ingredients

flour of wheat

cold butter

guaraná (soda)

Filling

Instructions
Mix flour, butter, egg, guaraná, and salt to form a dough. Chill for 30 minutes.
Prepare filling: sauté onion and garlic in olive oil, add chicken, tomato, corn, requeijão, herbs, salt, and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes.
Roll out dough, cut into circles, place filling, and seal edges. Brush with egg yolk.
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 30 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
Serve warm with a side salad or as a snack.
