1mediumde tomate sem sementes, picado

500gde mandioca cozida e amassada
Warm Milk
0.5cupde leite quente
Cream of Milk
200gde creme de leite

Instructions
In a pan, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic in butter until fragrant.
Add the chopped tomato, season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika if using. Cook for 1 minute.
Mix in the shredded dried beef and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
In a bowl, combine the cooked cassava with warm milk, cream, chopped chives, and the sautéed beef mixture. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F). Place the dish inside and cook for 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce or chopped fresh herbs before serving.
