  • 1 kg mandioca ralada no ralo grosso
  • 150 g queijo meia-cura ralado
  • 100 g coco ralado fresco
  • 4 units ovos
  • 300 g açúcar
  • 50 g manteiga derretida
  • 500 ml leite integral
  • 1 pinch pitada de sal
  • Manteiga e farinha de rosca para untar

Instructions 

  • Prepare the cassava by grating it coarsely.
  • Mix the grated cassava with the eggs, sugar, melted butter, milk, cheese, coconut, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
  • Grease a large oven-safe dish with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and bake at 170°C (340°F) for about 45 to 50 minutes until golden and firm.
  • Serve the cake warm or at room temperature, enjoying its creamy texture and rich flavors.

Notes

For best results, use fresh coconut and high-quality cheese. Let the cake rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
