Ingredients

Base

  • 1 cup maionese
  • 1 teaspoon suco de limão ou vinagre
  • 1 tablespoon mostarda de Dijon
  • 1 tablespoon pepino em conserva picado fino
  • 1 tablespoon alcaparras picadas
  • ½ stalk cebolinha picada
  • 1 tablespoon cebola ralada
  • 1 pinch pimenta-do-reino
  • to taste sal

Instructions 

  • Prepare the sauce by mixing mayonnaise, lemon juice or vinegar, Dijon mustard, chopped pickles, capers, chopped chives, grated onion, and a pinch of black pepper. Add salt to taste. Mix well until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance flavors.
