Instructions
In a pan, mix the condensed milk, cream, and pistachio paste. Bring to low heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens. Let cool completely.
Prepare a sugar syrup with sugar, water, and vinegar. Boil for about 8-10 minutes until it reaches the hard crack stage. Let cool slightly.
Unwrap the mixture and form small balls or shapes, then dip into the hot sugar syrup to coat, creating a crunchy shell. Place on parchment paper to set.
Insert a skewer into each strawberry, then dip or fill with the pistachio mixture. Cover with the crunchy shell and let set.
Decorate with green coloring and serve on a plate or in a box for presentation.
