Instructions
Prepare a garlic paste by mixing the crushed garlic with mayonnaise, requeijão, melted butter, chopped parsley, and oregano.
Slice the bread and spread the garlic mixture evenly over each piece.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of each piece.
Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake at 180°C (356°F) for about 15 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a touch of chili flakes or grated cheese before baking.
