Ingredients

Instructions
In a bowl, warm the milk and dissolve the yeast with sugar. Let it activate for 10 minutes.
Add the flour, milk powder, salt, melted butter, and mix until forming a dough. Knead for 10 minutes until smooth.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
Divide the dough into 12 equal parts, shape into balls, and place on a baking sheet.
Brush the rolls with melted butter and dust with milk powder. Let them rest for 10 minutes.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
For best results, use fresh yeast and ensure the dough is well kneaded for a soft, fluffy texture.
