Ingredients

Dough

  • 250 ml milk, warm
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 10 g dry yeast
  • 500 g flour, wheat
  • 6 tbsp milk powder, full cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp butter

For Pincering

  • melted butter (for brushing)
  • milk powder (for dusting)

Instructions 

  • In a bowl, warm the milk and dissolve the yeast with sugar. Let it activate for 10 minutes.
  • Add the flour, milk powder, salt, melted butter, and mix until forming a dough. Knead for 10 minutes until smooth.
  • Let the dough rise in a warm place for 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
  • Divide the dough into 12 equal parts, shape into balls, and place on a baking sheet.
  • Brush the rolls with melted butter and dust with milk powder. Let them rest for 10 minutes.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

For best results, use fresh yeast and ensure the dough is well kneaded for a soft, fluffy texture.
