Dough
2cupspolvilho azedo
1cuppolvilho doce
1.5cupsqueijo meia cura ralado grosso(can mix with mozzarella or parmesan)
3unitseggs
1.5cupswater
0.25cupoil
1teaspoonsalt
as neededoil for greasing hands
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a pot, bring water and oil to a boil. Add the polvilho azedo and polvilho doce, stirring until smooth. Let it cool slightly. Mix in the eggs one at a time. Add the grated cheese and salt, mixing well. Form small balls with greased hands and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden. Serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of garlic powder or herbs to the dough before baking.
