Delicie-se com este pudim de coco cremoso, fácil de fazer e irresistível, perfeito para qualquer ocasião.

Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can milk (measured)
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 3 eggs eggs
  • 150 grams fresh grated coconut
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions 

  • Prepare the caramel: melt sugar in a pan until golden, pour into mold.
  • Blend all ingredients: sweetened condensed milk, milk, coconut milk, eggs, coconut, and cornstarch until smooth.
  • Pour mixture into caramel-lined mold, bake in a water bath at 180°C for 30 minutes until firm.
  • Chill in refrigerator for at least 3 hours before serving.

Notes

Use parchment paper to prevent sticking and ensure easy unmolding.
