A delicious Brazilian treat, these soft coconut-flavored spoon cookies are perfect for a sweet snack or dessert.
Ingredients

Instructions
Combine leite condensado, ovos, leite, fermento, óleo, água morna, açúcar, farinha, and salt. Mix until smooth.
Pour batter into a greased pan and bake at 180°C (356°F) for about 20 minutes until golden.
Prepare the syrup by mixing sugar, milk, and coconut. Pour over hot baked cake and top with shredded coconut.
