A delightful Brazilian sweet, light and creamy, perfect for satisfying your dessert cravings with a touch of vanilla and coconut.

Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 12 g colorless flavorless gelatin powder (incolor sem sabor)
  • 3 large egg whites
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions 

  • Mix sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and milk. Dissolve gelatin in a small amount of hot water, then add to the mixture. Whip egg whites with sugar until stiff peaks form, then fold into the gelatin mixture. Add vanilla if desired. Pour into molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.

Notes

For a firmer texture, keep refrigerated for at least 4 hours before serving.
