Instructions
Modo de preparo
Prepare a square baking dish (21x21 cm) with non-stick spray and set aside.
In a liquidifier, blend eggs, oil, milk, salt, and baking powder until smooth.
Spread the batter evenly over the prepared dish.
In a bowl, mix chicken, vegetables, and seasonings. Spread over the batter.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 50 minutes or until golden.
Let cool slightly, then serve.
Notes
For a richer flavor, add herbs or cheese to the filling.
